Initiated in 1999, the CDSA (formerly IRMA) Copyright and Licensing Verification Program was developed in response to requests from content owners and media manufacturers. The program is supported by owners of intellectual property including music, films, games and business software supply chain partners, whereby certified sites comply with a stringent set of systems and procedures, cumulating in an onsite facility assessment.
